Cambodia: Australia’s new “dumping ground” for refugees?
My article published on 16 Sept 2014 in Asian Century Institute regarding Australia's agreement with Cambodia in 2014 for the resettlement of refugees detained by Australia on Nauru.
From my experience of living in Cambodia, whilst it is an incredible and beautiful country that I absolutely love, I definitely do not think it is equipped to be the sort of place that Australia should be sending vulnerable refugees to.
